i am looking for a 3 bdrm rental home in clyde, tx (79510). house must include waser/dryer connections, refrigerator, stove and air conditioning/heat. a fenced in backyard, is a plus & in a good neighborhood. i am a single mother with 2 kids and im wanting a simple 3 bdrm home for us to get settled into. im looking at spring break week as our moving week, but if i can find what im looking for and in my price range before then, thats definitely something i can make happen. i have a few handyman friends that can work on just about anything, so the house will always be kept at its best and looking good, and any landlord will have no problems. im hoping i can find something out there soon and i appreciate your time. thank you
